Delete your account and data · Jadwal

Last updated: 11 August 2026 · Deutsch

Without an account there is nothing to delete

Jadwal works fully without signing in. If you never signed in, your tasks, ibadat and journal entries live on your device only. Uninstalling the app removes them completely.

With an account

If you signed in, your data is also stored in Firebase. There are two ways to have it deleted, and the first one is faster.

In the app

Open Profile → Delete account. The sheet lists what goes and what stays, and asks you to type one word before the button works. What happens then is what this page describes — the app deletes your data first and your sign-in account after it, in that order.

By email

If you cannot reach the app — phone gone, app uninstalled — write to:

[email protected]

Send the message from the email address you signed in with — that is how we know the account is yours. Nothing else is needed.

What does not get deleted

How long it takes

We delete within 30 days of your message and confirm it by email. Usually it is faster.

First: take your data with you

Deleted is deleted — there is no restore. If you want to keep your entries, export them in the app first under Profile → Data management as a backup, CSV or iCalendar.
